(More customer reviews)When I built my desktop the most RAM I could afford was 2GB of DDR3. While this was adequate I soon realized that I would need more soon! So I purchased this set from Corsair. It is 3 seperate 1333 MHZ 240 Pin chips. They come with a metal covering and not really a heat sink per se.
Overall I love having 6GB of RAM now, Less swapping during game play and the boot up time has been reduced noticably.
I purchased this the day it came available. I see that now it may be difficult to find these. Grab these when they become available again.
