(More customer reviews)Unusually uninformed US Lexar customer support personnel responded to my inquiries about inability to format card in 4 different Canon pro bodies: "Of course you're not able to format this CF card. You're trying to put a CF card in a SD card slot". Further discussion revealed similar understanding. Being clear, my criticism is not of the card per se, although it is disconcerting the have even one card failure - my criticism relates to a company that deals with imaging pros by having non-pro support personnel.
