(More customer reviews)I'm on my third HP laptop/PC system. Generally my purchases have been problem-free, which is why I continued to go back to HP. However, this monitor -- which I am using with the Pavilion 6240 -- has been a problem.

One issue is the integrated speakers, which are weak and lack sound volume & quality, imo.

The second issue is more troubling. The screen picture always needs adjustment, especially after reboots and system changes/tweaks. The picture reverts to a horizontal picture that is slightly off-screen (horizontal right) and an off-kilter clocked image. The image issues are noticeable and require a manual fix, which are some combination of factory resets and auto-adjustment of 1, 2 or 3 clicks. What the exact combination is ... who knows? The combination that works changes from day to day. This is such an irritant.

The image control problem with this monitor is well-known. I just wish I knew about it before making the purchase. I can't wait to replace this monitor, and I will think twice before purchasing HP again.
